越婢加半夏汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证临床研究

Clinical Research on Yuebi and Banxia Decoction in the Treatment of AECOPD Patients with Heat-phlegm Obstructing Lung

目的观察越婢加半夏汤治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效及安全性。方法将40例患者按先后顺序分为对照组(西医治疗)及治疗组(西药+越婢加半夏汤),观察各组发热患者热退的时间,出入院CAT评分、抗生素使用时间及住院天数等,并进行组间差异统计学比较。结果治疗组中发热患者退热时间较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);2组患者经治疗后CAT评分均显著降低(P<0.05),但治疗组CAT评分下降更为显著,出院时CAT评分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2组间抗生素使用时间及住院天数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论越婢加半夏汤治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期安全有效,且其在改善患者症状上有一定的优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yuebi and Banxia decoction in the treatment of AECOPD patients with heatphlegm obstructing lung.Methods The 40 patients enrolled were divided into control group(treated with methods of modern medicine)and treatment group(treated with combination of modern medicine and Yuebi and Banxia decoction)according to the enrolled time.The time cost of fever alleviated after enrolled,the CAT scores enrolled and out of hospital,time cost of adopting antibiotics and days enrolled in the hospital were observed and compared between groups.Results The time cost in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CAT scores were decreased in two groups(P<0.05),while the decrease was more dramatically in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05)between two groups while out of hospital.However,the time cost of the antibiotics and days stay in the hospital were similar between groups,there was no significantly differentiation between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of modern medicine and Yuebi and Banxia decoction in the treatment of AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructing lung is safe and effective,with the advantage in alleviating the clinical signs of patient.
