补肾安胎汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并妊娠早期先兆流产脾肾亏虚证临床观察

Analysis on the Effect of Bushen Antai Decoction in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Complicated with Threatened Abortion in Early Pregnancy with Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

目的分析补肾安胎汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并妊娠早期先兆流产脾肾亏虚证的效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年7月多囊卵巢综合征合并妊娠早期先兆流产脾肾亏虚证患者共50例,按随机数字表法分2组,每组25例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组在该基础上增加补肾安胎汤。比较2组住院时间,治疗前后患者雌激素监测水平,血清炎症因子监测指标,总有效率。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组患者雌激素监测水平、血清炎症因子监测指标比较,P>0.05;而治疗后2组上述指标均改善,而观察组相关指标改善的程度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论常规药物联合补肾安胎汤对于多囊卵巢综合征合并妊娠早期先兆流产脾肾亏虚证的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者雌激素水平,并降低机体炎症状态,提高治疗效果,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Antai decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with threatened abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 50 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and threatened abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected.The number table was used.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group added Bushen Antai decoction on this basis.The length of hospital stay,estrogen monitoring levels before and after treatment,serum inflammatory factors monitoring indicators,and total effective rates were compared between the two groups.Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of estrogen monitoring levels and serum inflammatory factors monitoring indicators in the two groups of patients had no difference(P>0.05),while the above indicators in the two groups were improved after treatment,while the improvement of related indicators in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional medicine combined with Bushen Antai decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with threatened abortion of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in early pregnancy.It can effectively improve the patient’s estrogen level,reduce body inflammation,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of promotion and application.
