耳穴埋豆治疗急性阑尾炎术后疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Analgesic Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing in Patients Undergoing Surgery of Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨耳穴埋豆在急性阑尾炎手术后缓解疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年5月在急诊科收治急性阑尾炎手术后疼痛患者46例为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组23例。对照组患者予以常规手术镇痛治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上配合耳穴埋豆治疗,比较耳穴治疗前后2组患者疼痛强度、治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组患者疼痛评分比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论耳穴埋豆疗法是中医传统疗法之一,临床既有镇痛功效,又无不良作用,简便易行,患者易于接受,值得在临床中进一步推广。

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of auricular acupoint pressing in patients with undergoing surgery of acute appendicitis.Methods 46 patients with undergoing surgery of acute appendicitis in emergency department from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine analgesic treatment after operation,and the study group was intervened by auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of routine treatment.The pain intensity and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after auricular acupoint pressing were compared.Results The pain score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group after auricular acupoint pressing treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing therapy is one of the traditional Chinese medicine therapies.It has significant effect,and can reduce patients,pain after surgery of acute appendicitis.It is simple and easy to be accepted by patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
