自拟清脑舒络汤联合针刺对中风恢复期患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Self-made Qingnao Shuluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Neurological Function and Hemorheology in Convalescent Patients with Stroke

目的研究自拟清脑舒络汤联合针刺对中风恢复期患者临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将130例中风恢复期患者分为对照组、观察组,各65例,选取患者均于2019年1月—2019年12月接受治疗。对照组使用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用自拟清脑舒络汤治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后神经功能及血液流变学指标。结果观察组患者总有效率为86.15%,高于对照组的70.77%。2组患者MMSE评分、Fugl-Meyer活动评分在治疗后较治疗前均有所上升,且观察组相对于对照组较高;而NIHSS评分及血清ESR、Hct、FIB水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论自拟清脑舒络汤联合针刺可有效改善中风恢复期患者的神经功能,并改善其血液流变学指标水平,促进血液微循环,提高治疗效果,促进病情恢复。

Objective To study the effect of self-made Qingnao Shuluo decoction combined with acupuncture on neurological function and hemorheology in convalescent patients with stroke.Methods A total of 130 convalescent patients with stroke treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=65)and the observation group(n=65)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,and patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Qingnao Shuluo decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the neurological function and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 86.15%and 70.77%,respectively.Compared with those before treatment,the MMSE score and Fugl-Meyer activity score increased in both groups after treatment,and those of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The NIHSS score and serum ESR,Hct and FIB levels were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Qingnao Shuluo decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the neurological function and the hemorheology indexes of convalescent patients with stroke,promote the blood microcirculation,enhance the therapeutic effect and accelerate the recovery.
