疏肝解郁汤联合西药对冠心病伴抑郁症患者血脂及血清CRP、HCY水平的影响

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Blood Lipid and Serum CRP and HCY Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Depression

目的研究疏肝解郁汤联合西药对冠心病伴抑郁症患者血脂及血清CRP、HCY水平的影响。方法选取北京市丰台中西医结合医院2017年2月—2020年2月收治的122例冠心病伴抑郁症患者作为纳入研究对象,依据随机数字表法将所有纳入患者分为对照组和观察组,每组均包含61例患者。对照组患者给予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、硝酸甘油治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上联合疏肝解郁汤治疗。2组患者治疗周期均为4周。对比2组患者治疗后临床效果、治疗前后血脂水平及血清CRP、HCY水平变化。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为90.16%,较对照组患者的总有效率75.41%升高;治疗后2组患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平及血清CRP、HCY水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组较对照组降低(均P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁汤联合西药治疗冠心病伴抑郁症,可显著提高患者的临床效果,且有效改善患者血脂水平,同时控制患者血管内皮损伤及炎症反应的发生,促进病情恢复。

Objective To study the effect of Shugan Jieyu decoction Combined with Western Medicine on blood lipids and serum CRP and HCY levels in patients with coronary heart disease and depression.Methods A total of 122 patients with coronary heart disease and depression admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all included patients were divided into control group and observation group,and each group contained 61 patients.Patients in the control group were given aspirin,clopidogrel,nitroglycerin treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with Shugan Jieyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 4 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients after treatment,and changes in blood lipid levels and serum CRP and HCY levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.16%which was higher than75.41%of the control group.After treatment,the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and serum CRP and HCY levels of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression can significantly improve the clinical effect,and effectively improve the patient’s blood lipid level,control the occurrence of vascular endothelial injury and inflammation in patients,and promote recovery from illness.
