中药阴道冲洗联合护理干预对细菌性阴道炎的影响

Influence of Chinese Medicine Vaginal Washing Combined with Nursing Intervention on Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis

目的观察中药阴道冲洗联合护理干预对细菌性阴道炎的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2019年6月收治的139例细菌性阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组69例采用中药冲洗阴道治疗,观察组70例采用中药冲洗阴道治疗联合护理干预,疗程结束后1周评价疗效。患者均随访3个月,采用自护能力(Exerciseofself-care agencyscale,ESCA)量表、自制的《阴道炎病知识调查问卷》、自我效能测量表评价患者治疗前后自护能力、疾病知识及自护能力,比较2组复发率。结果疗程结束后1周,观察组和对照组总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组阴道炎健康知识知晓率为88.57%,明显高于对照组的62.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组患者良好自活习惯保持、遵医嘱服药、自我功能、心理行为调整、症状监控、定期复诊6个方面信心评分均高于对照组,自我概念、健康知识、自护责任感、自护技能4项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访3个月细菌性阴道炎复发率为5.80%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药冲洗治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效肯定,联合护理干预可提高患者自我效能和自护能力,对维持疗效的持久性,降低复发有显著的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine vaginal washing combined with nursing intervention on patients with bacterial vaginitis.Methods 139 patients with bacterial vaginitis in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a number table.69 cases in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine vaginal washing,and 70 cases in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine vaginal washing combined with nursing intervention.The curative effect was evaluated 1 week after the treatment.The patients were followed up for 3 months.The self-care ability(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)scale,the self-made"vaginitis disease knowledge questionnaire",and the self-efficacy scale were used to evaluate the patients’self-care ability,disease knowledge and self-care before and after treatment.The recurrence rate between the two groups was compared.Results One week after the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 100%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The awareness rate of vaginitis health knowledge in the observation group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than 62.32%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Following-up for 3 months,confidence in maintaining good self-living habits,taking medication as prescribed,self-function,psychological behavior adjustment,symptom monitoring,and regular follow-up visits of the observation group were all higher than those in the control group.Self-concept,health knowledge,self-care responsibility,self-care,the four scores of nursing skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of bacterial vaginosis in the observation group was 5.80%during the 3-month follow-up,which was significantly lower than the 20.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine washing has a positive effect in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Combined nursing intervention,it can improve patients’self-efficacy and self-care ability,and have a significant effect on maintaining the durability of the effect and reducing recurrence.
