摘要
《西铭》是儒学的经典篇目,为北宋理学奠基者张载所作。张载写作《西铭》时,引用或改造了《孟子》的很多概念和话语,继承并发展了孟子的思想。在天道观上,《西铭》继承了孟子的“天人合一”思想,并对天作了更为清晰的界定和论述;在心性论上,《西铭》继承了孟子的性善论,并解决了恶的来源问题,同时丰富了儒家道德修养理论;在伦理观上,《西铭》继承了孟子的仁爱思想,并将仁爱发展至侍奉天地父母的高度。张载《西铭》对孟子思想的继承与发展,在儒学史上具有重要意义。
Ximing is a classic of Confucianism, which was written by Zhang Zai, the founder of Neo Confucianism in the Northern Song Dynasty. When Zhang Zai wrote Ximing, he quoted or transformed many concepts and discourses of Mencius and inherited and developed Mencius’ thoughts. In the theory of Tiandao, Ximing inherits Mencius’ thought of harmony between man and nature and makes a clearer definition and discussion of heaven;In the theory of mind-nature, Ximing inherits Mencius’ theory of original goodness of human nature, solves the source of evil, and enriches the theory of moral cultivation;In terms of ethics, Ximing inherits Mencius’ Benevolence thought and develops benevolence to serve the parents of heaven and earth. Zhang Zai’ s Ximing inherits and develops Mencius’ thought, which is of great significance in the history of Confucianism.
