脑安滴丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管神经性偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical study on Naoan Dripping Pills combined with flunarizine in treatment of angioneurotic migraine

目的观察脑安滴丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管神经性偏头痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月在天津市西青医院治疗的120例血管神经性偏头痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪片,5 mg/次,根据病情适量增减,每日剂量不可超过20mg,2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服脑安滴丸,20丸/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状改善时间,血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白a(LPA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,脑血流指标基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)和后动脉(PCA)血流速度。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间均减少,且治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、Hcy、LPA和VEGF均显著下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BA、VA、ACA和PCA血流速度均显著增加,且治疗组明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑安滴丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管神经性偏头痛,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善脑血流速度,安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Naoan Dripping Pills combined with flunarizine in treatment of angioneurotic migraine. Methods Patients(120 cases) with angioneurotic migraine in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Tablets, 5 mg/time, increased or decreased the amount of medicine according to the condition, and the daily dosage should not exceed 20 mg, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naoan Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group, 20 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the serum indexes of hs-CRP, Hcy, LPA,and VEGF, the cerebral blood flow indexes of BA, VA, ACA, and PCA in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of headache attacks and the duration of headache were significantly decreased in two groups(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, Hcy, LPA, and VEGF in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the blood flow velocities of BA, VA, ACA, and PCA in two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Naoan Dripping Pills combined with flunarizine in treatment of angioneurotic migraine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the cerebral blood flow velocity, and which is safe and effective.
