皮革行业应用型市场营销人才培养模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 在传统皮革产业运行体系中,销售环节主要是以粗放式运行模式为主,对市场营销活动开展及营销人才培养重视程度不足。随着产业竞争不断加剧,营销模式向多元化方向转变,使得部分企业市场销售进入困境,甚至对企业可持续发展造成负面影响。在对应用型人才培养模式概述基础上,结合皮革企业实际问题,提出营销人才培养模式构建的基本组成部分,以期为相关院校教学改革和皮革行业健康发展做出贡献。 In the traditional leather industry operation system, the sales link is mainly based on the extensive operation mode, and the attention to marketing activities and marketing personnel training is insufficient.With the increasing competition in the industry, the marketing mode is changing in the direction of diversification, which makes the marketing of some enterprises into a dilemma, and even has a negative impact on the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the overview of applied talents training mode, combined with the actual problems of leather enterprises, the basic components of talent training mode construction were put forward, in order to contribute to the teaching reform of related colleges and the healthy development of leather industry.
