皮革企业国际化商务人才需求及培养策略研究

摘要 当前我国对皮革企业国际化商务人才培养还处于初始阶段,在数量和质量上远远满足不了社会需求量。基于此,分析了皮革企业国际化商务人才的需求及其现状得出国际化商务人才现阶段存在的问题,再采用机会导向与策略导向方式培养国际化商务人才方针,并确定人才培养目标与定位,然后根据联合培养方法、实施双导师方式、教学方法分析以及出国学习形式对工作人员进行培训,最终解决皮革企业国际化商务人才的数量需求与专业技术的要求,更好地促进皮革企业长期平稳发展。 At present, the cultivation of international business talents for leather enterprises in China is still in the initial stage, which is far from meeting the social demand in terms of quantity and quality.The demand and current situation of international business talents in leather enterprises were analyzed, and the existing problems of international business talents were obtained. The policy of cultivating international business talents by opportunity oriented and strategy oriented methods was adopted, and the talent training objectives and positioning were determined. Analysis of teaching methods and training of staff in the form of studying abroad will ultimately solve the demand for the number of international business talents and professional technology of leather enterprises, and better promote the long-term and stable development of leather enterprises.
