摘要
高跟鞋是女性日常生活中最常穿着的鞋款之一,研究发现穿着高跟鞋会改变人体正常的姿势,是引起下肢骨骼肌肉系统损伤的因素之一。本文对目前高跟鞋对人体姿势稳定性影响的研究进行综述,意在探讨穿高跟鞋所致损伤与其发生的生物力学机制,以期为鞋类的设计提供科学建议,从人体科学的角度为女性预防高跟鞋相关损伤提出合理建议。
In daily life,high-heeled shoes are very popular in women.Research has demonstrated that wearing high-heeled shoes can influence human postural control,which is one of the risk factors that cause musculoskeletal injures of lower limbs.The research on the effect of high-heeled shoes on the stability of human body posture were reviewed,in order to explore the injury caused by wearing high-heeled shoes and its biomechanical mechanism.The paper aims to provide more scientific comments to shoe design and raise suggestions for women to prevent high heels-related injuries.
