摘要
【目的/意义】分析幼儿群体的阅读需求,构建用户画像模型,为出版商及图书馆针对低幼儿用户群体提供优质的产品和精准的服务提供支持。【方法/过程】以淘宝网上购买儿童绘本用户的在线评论为基础,通过低幼儿信息属性、儿童绘本信息属性和购买者(家长)评论信息属性构建用户画像概念模型,并使用Protégé与OWL建立本体,在OntoGraf插件中实现可视化,分析低幼儿阅读群体用户画像并呈现特征。【结果/结论】依据儿童绘本的三种类型构建低幼儿阅读群体画像。【创新/局限】本文根据代理用户购买儿童绘本的在线评论数据,挖掘了用户的潜在需求。不足之处在于,对低幼儿用户而言,仅依靠家长所提供的信息挖掘阅读需求,可能存在不全面等问题。针对特定研究,还需要结合实验等方法对研究主体进行更深入地研究,完善研究结论。
【Purpose/significance】Analyze the reading needs of the infant group, build a user portrait model, and provide support for publishers and libraries to provide high-quality products and accurate services for the low-child user group.【Method/process】Based on the online comments of users who bought children’s picture books on Taobao, construct a conceptual model of user portraits based on low child information attributes, children’s picture book information attributes, and buyer(parent) comment information attributes,and built using Protégé and OWL The ontology is visualized in the OntoGraf plug-in, which analyzes and presents the characteristics of the user portraits of the low-child reading group.【Result/conclusion】According to the three types of children’s picture books, construct a group portrait of low children reading.【Innovation/limitation】This article explores the potential needs of users based on online comment data for purchasing children’s picture books by proxy users. The downside is that for low-child users, only relying on the information provided by parents to mine reading needs may have problems such as incompleteness. For specific research, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of the research subject in combination with experiments and other methods to improve the research conclusions.
