先天性心脏病患儿纠治术后急性肾损伤的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress on acute renal injury after correction of congenital heart disease in children

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury, AKI)是心脏手术后最常见的主要并发症之一。心脏手术后患儿的AKI发生率高达42%,而且AKI的发生与围手术期病死率相关。文章就先天性心脏病(先心病)患儿术后AKI的发生情况、发病机制、风险因素、预测及防治策略进行概述,并总结先心病患儿术后发生AKI的相关高风险因素及预防性策略应用的最新进展,以期指导临床合理地规避风险,谨慎选择干预策略。 Acute renal injury(AKI)is one of the most common complications after cardiac surgery.The incidence of AKI in children reaches up to 42%after cardiac surgery and the development of AKI is associated with perioperative mortality.This review focuses on the occurrence,pathogenesis,risk factors,prediction and prevention strategies of AKI in children with congenital heart disease after operation,and summarizes the latest progress about the high risk factors of AKI in children with congenital heart disease after operation and preventive strategies,so as to provide evidence for rational use and avoid risks.
