金融发展、茶产业结构调整与民生效益的耦合协调效应分析——来自原产地的证据

Coupling and Coordination of Financial Development,Adjustment of Tea Industry Structural and People’s Livelihood Benefits——Evidence from Origin

文章构建了金融支持、茶产业结构和民生效益综合评价指标体系,并基于普洱市金融支持、茶产业结构优化和民生效益的耦合协调发展状况进行了实证分析。2009-2019年期间普洱市金融支持水平、茶产业结构水平得到不断发展,而由于在产业发展过程中存在资源配置不合理,总体来看,产业结构、民生效益滞后于金融支持水平。综合耦合度、协调度表明,普洱市产业结构、金融支持和民生效益处于中度耦合效应,在这期间,金融支持与普洱市茶产业结构的的升级有一定相互促进作用。普洱市在推进金融支持、茶产业结构和民生效益不断耦合升级发展过程中,金融效率,产业结构高级化和高效化,使得普洱市茶产业得到了快速的发展,带动普洱市茶产业进入到中度耦合阶段至高度耦合阶段的演化过程,然而在演化的过程中伴随着波动现象。在今后发展过程中,普洱市茶产业金融支持、产业结构和民生效益耦合模型应采取提高生产效率和创新机制推动产业的发展。

This paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system involving financial support,tea industry structure,and people’s livelihood benefits,and makes an empirical analysis based on the coupling development of financial support,tea industry structure optimization,and people’s livelihood benefits in Pu’er.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the coupling degree and coordination degree of financial support,tea industry structure,and people’s livelihood benefits in Pu’er by using the coupling model.During 2009-2019,the financial support and the tea industrial structure in Pu’er accomplished continuous development.However,due to the unreasonable allocation of resources in the process of industrial development,the industrial structure and people’s livelihood benefits lagged behind the financial support overall.The comprehensive coupling degree and coordination degree showed that the industrial structure,financial support,and people’s livelihood benefits in Pu’er were in a moderate coupling effect.During this period,financial support and the tea industrial structure optimization in Pu’er reinforced each other to some extent.In the process of promoting the continuous coupling and upgrading of financial support,tea industry structure,and people’s livelihood benefits,the financial efficiency and upgraded and efficient industrial structure,which served as the main influencing factors of financial structure and industrial structure,led to the rapid development of the tea industry of Pu’er and the evolution process of the tea industry of Pu’er from a moderate coupling stage to high coupling stage.However,in the process of evolution,there also emerged fluctuations.In the future development process,the coupling model of financial support,industrial structure,and people’s livelihood benefits of the tea industry in Pu’er should aim to advance the development of the industry by improving production efficiency and innovating the mechanism.
