摘要
采用2011-2017年高新技术产业数据,利用三阶段DEA模型对我国各省市区高新技术产业R&D效率进行测度并对其影响因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:研发机构数量和地区生产总值与高新技术产业的研发效率正相关;企业规模对高新技术的产业的研发效率影响不显著。
Based on the regional perspective,the data of high-tech industry from 2011 to 2017 are collected,The Three-stage DEA model is used to measure the R&D efficiency of high-tech industries in various provinces and cities in China,and its influencing factors are studied.The results show that the more R&D institutions and regional GDP,the higher R&D efficiency of high-tech industry;Enterprise scale has a weak negative impact on the R&D efficiency of high-tech industries;The more the proportion of state-owned property rights in high-tech industries and the more the population with college degree or above,the lower the R&D efficiency of high-tech industries.
