摘要
基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,分析我国消费者金融素养现状,探索普及金融教育的路径,提升金融教育工作的有效性。研究结果表明,数字技术与数字金融的发展很大程度上促进了金融教育的普及以及国民金融素养的提升。从国家、金融机构以及消费者三个层面提出了参考建议。
Based on the survey results of China Family Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2017 and 2019,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's consumer financial literacy,and explores a new carrier of popularizing financial education in the new era,aiming to improve the effectiveness of China's financial education.The results show that the development of digital technology and digital finance has greatly promoted the popularization of financial education and the improvement of financial literacy of national consumers.But from another point of view,they may also become a bottleneck in the process of improving consumers'financial literacy.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions from the three levels of the state,financial institutions and consumers.
