摘要
新材料技术是支撑国民经济发展和保障国家安全的关键基盘技术,已成为世界各国重点发展的战略性高技术。为顺应我国新发展阶段出现的新特征、新变化和新要求,应对新形势下我国新材料领域面临的突出挑战,加快构建我国材料领域科技创新发展新格局,从国家发展战略需求角度,研究提出新机遇下我国材料领域科技创新工作的有关思路和建议。
New material technology is a key and fundamental technology that supports national economic development and guarantees national security,and has become a strategic high-tech developed by most of the countries.In order to comply with the new characteristics,new changes and new requirements in the new development stage of China,the article focused on facing the new challenges of China's new materials field and accelerating the development of the scientific and technological innovation in the material industry.Also,this article proposed relevant suggestions for the scientific and technological innovation in the field of material based on the demands of national development strategy.
