医学硕士研究生科研获得感与时间管理倾向的相关性及其影响因素分析

Correlation between Sense of Research Fulfillment and Time Management Tendency of Medical Postgraduates and Its Influencing Factors

目的了解医学硕士研究生科研获得感与时间管理倾向的关系及其影响因素。方法2021年1-2月,便利抽样法选取7所高校的404名医学硕士研究生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、硕士研究生科研获得感问卷和青少年时间管理倾向量表对其进行调查。结果医学硕士研究生科研获得感总分为(33.62±3.48)分、时间管理倾向总分为(164.96±20.87)分;科研获得感总分与时间管理倾向总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.570~0.667,均P<0.01);回归分析显示,性别、专业类别、是否有临床工作经验和时间管理倾向等4个因素进入医学硕士研究生科研获得感的回归方程(R2=0.498,均P<0.05)。结论医学硕士研究生科研获得感与时间管理倾向处于中等偏上水平,教学管理者应注重培养学生的时间管理能力,以个性化的教学方式,提高医学硕士研究生科研获得感。

Objective To understand the correlation between sense of research fulfillment and time management tendency of medical postgraduates and its influencing factors.Methods 404 medical postgraduates from 7 universities were selected by convenience sampling method.The self-designed general data questionnaire,the sense of research fulfillment assessment scale and the time management tendency scale were used for investigation.Results The score of sense of research fulfillment was(33.62±3.48),while the score of time management tendency was(164.96±20.87).The total score of sense of research fulfillment was positively correlated with the time management tendency and all dimensions(r=0.570 to 0.667,all P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that four factors,including the gender,the professional category,whether having the clinical work experience and time management tendency,were selected into the regression equation of sense of research fulfillment for medical postgraduates(R=0.498,all P<0.05).Conclusions The sense of research fulfillment and time management tendency of medical postgraduates are above the middle level.Teachers should focus on developing students’time management ability and adopt individualized teaching methods,so as to improve the sense of research fulfillment of medical postgraduates.
