Different Exercise Therapies in Patients with Cancer-related Fatigue:A Network Meta-Analysis

目的采用网状Meta分析评价不同运动疗法对癌症患者癌因性疲乏(cancer related fatigue,CRF)的应用效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、CNKI、维普和万方数据库,检索有关运动疗法干预癌因性疲乏的随机对照实验,检索时限均为建库至2020年4月。采用Cochrane质量评价手册对纳入的文献进行质量评价,并由2位研究者独立进行数据的提取及分析,采用Stata16.0软件对数据进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入22篇文献:7种运动疗法,共1600例患者。网状Meta分析结果显示,在缓解癌症患者CRF上,7种运动疗法的效果由高到低分别为,抗阻联合有氧运动、瑜伽、气功、抗阻运动、肌肉放松训练、有氧运动、太极。结论抗阻联合有氧运动对癌症患者CRF干预效果最佳,但本结论还需高质量、多中心、大样本的RCT进一步验证。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different exercise therapies in treating patients with cancer-related fatigue(CRF).Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of exercise therapies in patients with CRF were searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.The retrieval period was from the establishment of each database to April 2020.Two researchers screened the data,evaluated the quality of the included literature,as well as extracted and analyzed the data independently.The data were netted for meta-analysis using Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 22 pieces of literatures and 7 kinds of exercise therapies were included,with a total of 1600 patients.The results of network meta-analysis showed that 7 types of exercise therapies were helpful in alleviating CRF of cancer patients.The therapy effect went from high to low were the resistance combined with aerobic exercise,yoga,qigong,resistance exercise,muscle relaxation training,aerobic exercise,tai chi.Conclusions Current evidence shows that resistance combined with aerobic exercise has the best effect on CRF intervention in cancer patients,but this conclusion needs to be further verified by high-quality,multi-center,and large-sample RCTs.
