分析在治疗小儿肺炎中应用氨溴索联合头孢曲松的治疗效果

Objective to analyze the effect of ambroxol combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的探讨采用氨溴索联合头孢曲松治疗小儿肺炎对患儿临床症状及生化检验指标的影响.方法选取2018年12月~2020年7月本院所收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿83例,按照入院序号奇偶性将其分为观察组(奇数序号)和对照组(偶数序号),分别采用氨溴索联合头孢曲松和单用头孢曲松进行治疗,对两组患儿临床效果评估结果和症状缓解时间进行观察分析.结果观察组患儿的治疗总控制率(90.47%)明显高于对照组(73.17%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿肺部哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间和憋闷持续时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用氨溴索联合头孢曲松治疗小儿肺炎,可有效增强临床治疗效果,促进患儿尽快好转.

Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol combined with ceftriaxone on the clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes of children with pneumonia.Methods 83 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from December 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to the parity of admission number.Ambroxol combined with ceftriaxone and ceftriaxone alone were used for treatment,and the clinical effect evaluation results and symptom relief time of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total control rate of the observation group(90.47%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05);the disappearance time of wheezing and moist rales and the duration of suffocation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conelusion Ambroxol combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of infantile pneumonia can effectively enhance the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the improvement of children as soon as possible.
