Danakil Depression at northeastern Ethiopia is located 125 meters below sea level.Its recorded annual temperature is as high as 50℃,with few animals and no people living here.The Erta Ale volcano on the top of the mountain is described by British Broadcasting Corporation(BBC)as the“gate of hell”.The boiling magma makes it impossible for people to live but it attracts many explorers.
