Beyond the Logic of Capital: Innovation and Development of the Basic Economic System of Socialism

马克思对资本主义的批判经历了由"政治经济学批判"到"形而上学批判"的深化过程,资本逻辑批判始终是马克思剖析资本主义社会的锁钥。随着资本垄断化、金融化和经济全球化程度不断加深,资本主义金融危机与经济危机跌宕起伏,资本主义社会贫富两极分化和人的发展危机日趋严重,当代资本表现出增殖逻辑整体强化、扩张逻辑持续加强和物化逻辑愈加凸显的嬗变图景,亦不断滋生出自我否定和自我扬弃的因素。党的十九届四中全会将单一的所有制基本经济制度发展完善为所有制、分配方式、经济体制"三位一体"的基本经济制度体系,为中国经济长期向好奠定了坚实制度基础、为实现共同富裕目标筑牢了强大制度保障、为市场与政府双重调节提供了有力制度支撑,实现了对资本逻辑的扬弃和超越。

Marx’s critique of capitalism has gone through a deepening process from the "critique of political economy"to the "critique of metaphysics",and the critique of capital logic has always been the key to Marx’s analysis of capitalist society. With the deepening of capital monopolization,financialization and economic globalization,the capitalist financial and economic crises experience ups and downs,the polarization between the rich and the poor and the crisis of human development in capitalist society is on the rise,and contemporary capital has shown a transmutation of the intensification of the logic of proliferation,the logic of expansion and the logic of reification,and it has also constantly fostered the factors of self-denial and self-sublation.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee has developed and improved the basic economic system of single ownership into a "trinity"of ownership,distribution and economic system,which has laid a solid institutional foundation for China’s long-term economic success,established a strong institutional guarantee for the realization of common wealth,and provided a strong institutional support for the dual regulation of market and government. And so it has achieved the abandonment and transcendence of the logic of capital.
