海水养殖创新生态系统的演化机理--基于核心企业视角的单案例研究

Evolution Mechanism of Mariculture Innovation Ecosystem:A Single Case Study from the Perspective of Core Enterprise

本文基于对山东省莱州明波水产有限公司技术创新发展历程的调查,采用单案例研究方法探索了海水养殖创新生态系统的演化动力与内在机理。研究发现:第一,核心企业在海水养殖创新生态系统的演化过程中发挥着至关重要的作用;第二,海水养殖创新生态系统的演化经历了学研主导型“点对点”合作创新、市场驱动型多领域合作创新与企业主导型平台化合作创新三个阶段,核心企业在系统中的主导能力不断增强,要素整合效率不断提升,创新领域由单一品种创新逐渐发展为全链条、跨产业的多元化创新;第三,在利益驱动力、政策引导力、市场拉动力和技术支持力的共同作用下,产业链与创新链的协同演化推动了海水养殖创新生态系统的持续性演化和升级。基于此,本文认为,海水养殖创新生态系统演化的本质是核心企业推动下的创新主体与要素协同进化的过程,依托龙头企业构建海水养殖创新生态系统是促进中国海水养殖业创新发展的现实途径。

Based on the investigation of the development process of technological innovation in Sthandiong Laizhou Mingbo Aquatic Products Co.,L.ld,this article uses a single case study method to explore the evolution dynamics and internal mechanismof mariculture innovation ecosystem.The results show that,firstly,leading enterprises play a crnucial role in the evolution ofmariculture innovation ecosystem.Secondly,the evolution of mariculture innovation ecosystem has gone through three stages,namely,a stage of the"point-to-point"cooperative innovation led by learming and research,a stage of market-driven multi-ieldcooperative innovation,and a stage of enterprise-led platform cooperative innovation.The leading ability of core enterprises in thesystem has been continuously enhanced,the efficiency of factor integration has been continuously improved and the innovationfield has gradually developed fron the single varicty inrovation to the whole chain innovation and diversified innovation acrossindutrica.Thirdly,urnder the joint action of intereat driving force,policy guiding force,market pulling foree and technical supportforce,the collaborative evolution of industry chain and inovation chain promotes the sustainable evolution and upgrading ofmariculture innovation ecosystem.Based on this,the study holds that the essence of the evolution of mariculture inovationecosystem is a process of co-evolution of innovation subject and elements driven by core enterprises,and the constuction ofmariculture innovation ecosystem relying on leading enterprises is a practical way to promote the innovation and deveclopment of China's mariculture incustry.
