Research progress of in-stent thrombosis assessed by optical coherence tomography

经皮冠状动脉支架植入术提高了冠状动脉介入治疗的安全性和有效性,是目前治疗冠心病的重要手段,但随着支架植入术的广泛应用,出现了很多术后并发症,其中支架内血栓形成是目前临床所关注和亟需解决的一个严峻问题。本文综述了光学相干断层成像技术评价支架内血栓形成研究的进展。

Percutaneous coronary stent implantation improves safety and effectiveness of coronary intervention.It is an important measure for treatment of coronary heart disease now.However,with the wide application of stent implantation,many postoperative complications have emerged.In-stent thrombus is a serious problem that catches clinical attention and needs to be solved.The present article reviews the research progress of in-stent thrombosis assessed by optical coherence tomography.
