探讨健康档案信息化管理在健康管理中的重要影响

To Explore the Important Influence of Health Records Information Management in Health Management

目的探索健康管理中健康档案信息化管理的实际价值。方法共抽取2019年1月—2020年1月的400例健康体检对象作为研究资料,将其随机双盲法分两组,各200例,对照组采取常规健康档案管理,观察组选择信息化健康档案管理,对比实际应用效果。结果观察组健康知识点掌握程度评分高于对照组,查询体检者健康档案信息时间短于对照组,观察组体检对象的满意度优于对照组,观察组档案完整率和准确率高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论健康管理工作中,应用健康档案信息化管理模式,能提升档案的完整度和准确度,有利于体检满意度的提升,缩短获取档案信息的时间,在实际应用中,体现的价值比较明显,要重视。

Objective To explore the practical value of health records information management in health management. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 400 healthy subjects were selected as the research data. They were randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health records management, and the observation group was given information-based health records management. Results The score of mastering health knowledge points in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the time to query the health records information of physical examinees was shorter than that in the control group, the satisfaction of physical examinees in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the file integrity rate and accuracy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the data difference between groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In health management, the application of health records information management mode can improve the integrity and accuracy of the files, improve the satisfaction of physical examination, shorten the time to obtain file information. In practical application, the value is obvious, so we should pay attention to it.
