摘要 目的研究电话随访出院患者在医院管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2017年10月—2019年9月的出院患者166例作为研究对象,以实施智能随访系统电话随访为时间节点进行统计分析,分别记录实施前后对患者的成功随访例数,并采用医院管理工作满意度调查问卷于实施智能随访系统电话随访前后对患者进行满意度调查,并进行比较。结果实施前,有效随访率为78.31%,实施后,有效随访率为95.18%,实施后有效随访率高于实施前;实施前,患者对医院工作的满意度为74.70%,实施后为93.98%,实施后患者对医院工作的满意度高于实施前,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能随访系统电话随访出院患者能有效提高医院管理工作的效率,提高有效随访率并提高患者对医院工作的满意程度。 Objective To study the application effect of telephone followup patients discharged in hospital management. Methods 166 patients discharged from our hospital from October 2017 to September 1919 were randomly selected as the research subjects. The intelligent followup system was followed up for the time node for statistical analysis. The number of successful follow-up cases before and after the implementation was recorded. The hospital management job satisfaction questionnaire was used to conduct satisfaction surveys on patients before and after the followup of the intelligent follow-up system. Results Before implementation, the effective follow-up rate was 78.31%. After implementation, the effective follow-up rate was 95.18%. The effective follow-up rate after implementation was higher than before implementation. Before implementation, the patient’s satisfaction with hospital work was 74.70%, and after implementation, it was 93.98%, after the implementation, the patient’s satisfaction with the hospital work was higher than that before the implementation, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The intelligent follow-up system telephone followup patients can effectively improve the efficiency of hospital management, improve the effective follow-up rate and improve the patient’s satisfaction with hospital work.
