血清CYs C与尿微量白蛋白联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的价值

The Value of Combined Test of Serum CYs C and Urine Microalbumin on Early Renal Injury of Diabetes

目的探析糖尿病早期肾损伤中应用血清胱抑素C(CYs C)与尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)联合检验的临床诊断价值。方法选择我院于2019年6月—2020年6月收治的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者50例作为观察组,并选择同一时间段收入的健康体检者50例作为对照组,两组均自愿接受血清CYs C、mAlb检测,对比两组平均血清CYs C、mAlb水平,对比观察联合检验的诊断价值。结果观察组患者的血清CYs C(2.46±0.82)mg/L与对照组体检者的血清CYs C(0.83±0.37)mg/L相比更高;观察组患者的m Alb(38.15±7.51)mg/L与对照组体检者的m Alb(15.67±3.58)mg/L更高;两组在CYs C与m Alb水平对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);CYs C和m Alb联合检测准确率高达100%,高于CYs C和m Al单独检测准确率。结论糖尿病早期肾损伤患者应用血清CYs C与m Alb联合检测,可根据血清CYs C、mAlb水平进行有效测定,具有极高的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of the combined test of serum cystatin C(CYs C) and urine microalbumin(mAlb)in early renal injury of diabetes. Methods 50 patients with early renal injury in diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy patients who received the same time period were selected as the control group. Both groups voluntarily received serum CYs C and mA1 b test, compare the average urine sugar content and urine microalbumin content of the two groups, and observe the diagnostic value of the combined test. Results The CYs C(2.46±0.82)mg/L of the observation group was higher than that of the control group CYs C(0.83±0.37)mg/L;the urine microalbumin of the observation group wasmAlb(38.15±7.51)mg/L, the urinary microalbumin mAlb(15.67±3.58)mg/L was higher than that of the control group;the comparison of urine glucose and urinary microalbumin levels between the two groups showed statistical differences(P < 0.05);The combined detection accuracy of CYs C and mAlb is as high as 100%, which is higher than the detection accuracy of CYs C and mAl alone. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CYs C and mAlb in patients with early diabetic kidney injury can be effectively determined based on the average userum CYs C and mAlb level. It has extremely high diagnostic value.
