摘要
目的研究多层螺旋CT增强扫描、B超及两者联用对腮腺肿瘤的诊断效果情况。方法本研究选取2016年8月—2020年5月于我院住院并行手术治疗的腮腺区肿瘤的患者共计96例,其中男患者49例,女患者47例,平均年龄(51.78±21.33)周岁。所有入组患者均于术前行多层螺旋CT增强、B超扫描,于术后行术后病理并以其做为肿瘤诊断的"金标准",比较两种诊断手段对腮腺肿瘤的诊断效果情况。结果增强CT扫描同术后病理相比有73例符合,诊断准确率为76.04%(73/96);B超同术后病理相比,有71例符合,诊断准确率为73.96%(71/96);增强CT扫描联合B超扫描同术后病理相比,有91例符合,诊断准确率为94.79%(91/96),两种方法联合应用同单独使用间相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。分析同"金标准"相比较,增强CT诊断相符的73例病例的各期相CT值情况,良性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤于动脉期及静脉期CT值间差异均具有统计学意义。结论增强CT联合B超对腮腺肿瘤的诊断效果良好。
Objective To study the diagnostic effect of enhanced multislice spiral CT scan, B-ultrasound and the combination of the two on parotid gland tumors. Methods This study selected a total of 96 patients with parotid gland tumors who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2016 to May 2020. Among them, 49 were male patients and 47 were female patients, with an average age(51.78±21.33) year old. All patients in the group underwent multi-slice spiral CT enhanced and B-scan before operation, and postoperative pathology was used as the gold standard for tumor diagnosis. The diagnostic effect of the two diagnostic methods on parotid tumors was compared. Results Compared with the postoperative pathology, the enhanced CT scan had 73 cases consistent with the classification, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 76.04%(73/96);compared with the postoperative pathology, the B-ultrasound had 71 cases consistent with the classification, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 73.96%(71/96);compared with the postoperative pathology, the enhanced CT scan combined with B-ultrasound scan showed that 91 cases were consistent with the classification, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.79%(91/96). Compared with the combined application of the two methods, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the gold standard, the CT values of 73 cases matching the enhanced CT diagnosis in different phases were analyzed. It was found that the CT values of benign tumors and malignant tumors were in the arterial phase. The difference between CT value and venous phase was statistically significant. Conclusion Enhanced CT combined with B-ultrasound has a good diagnostic effect on parotid gland tumors.
