火龙罐疗法治疗原发性痛经的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Fire Dragon Cup Therapy on Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨火龙罐疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法于2019年1月—2020年10月将我院门诊就诊55例原发性痛经患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,对照组28例,采用传统艾灸疗法治疗。观察组27例,采用火龙罐治疗。结果观察组(火龙罐组)治疗原发性痛经总有效率96.3%;对照组(艾灸组)治疗原发性痛经总有效率82.1%。观察组(火龙罐组)在疼痛评分、痛经症状、有效率等指标的改善优于传统艾灸组。结论火龙罐外治法治疗原发性痛经具有安全、绿色等优点。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fire dragon cup therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods From January 2019 to October 2020, 55 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who visited our hospital’s outpatient clinic were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The 28 cases in the control group were treated with traditional moxibustion, and the 27 cases in the observation group were treated with the fire dragon pot. Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptoms, pain scores and overall clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results The observation group(dragon cup group) treated primary dysmenorrhea by 96.3%;the control group(moxibustion group) treated primary dysmenorrhea by 82.1%. The improvement of fire dragon cup therapy was better than the traditional moxibustion group in pain score. Conclusion Dysmenorrhea symptoms and clinical efficacy. The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has the advantages of safety and green.
