眼科手术器械纳入消毒供应室集中处理的价值研究

Study on the Value of Ophthalmic Surgical Instruments in Centralized Treatment of Disinfection and Supply Department

目的研究眼科手术器械纳入消毒供应室集中处理的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月调查的42件眼科手术器械消毒管理案件为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,其中,试验组采用消毒供应室集中管理,对照组采用科室自行消毒管理,对比消毒管理效果,指标选取消毒效果、清洗达标率及手术器材损耗率。结果试验组的消毒效果好于对照组(P <0.05),且试验组的清洗达标率好于对照组(P <0.05),同时试验组患者手术器材损耗率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在眼科手术器械消毒管理中,将其纳入到消毒供应室集中处理效果显著,能够满足科室管理要求,对提高科室管理水平有一定帮助。

Objective To study the value of ophthalmic surgical instruments included in the centralized treatment of disinfection and supply department. Methods 42 cases of disinfection management of ophthalmic surgical instruments from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted centralized management of disinfection supply room, while the control group adopted department self disinfection management. The disinfection management effect was compared. The disinfection effect, clean compliance rate and surgical equipment consumption rate were selected as indicators. Results The disinfection effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the clean compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the loss rate of surgical equipment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the disinfection management of ophthalmic surgical instruments, the effect of centralized treatment in the disinfection supply room is significant, which can meet the requirements of department management, and is helpful to improve the management level of the department.
