摘要
目的对中医情志护理干预在心肌梗死稳定期患者护理中的应用进行观察,同时对其护理效果进行评价。方法采取随机数字表法对我院自2018年8月—2020年8月收治的120例患者分组,每组各60例,常规组实施常规护理干预,中医组实施中医情志护理干预,对比两组患者负性情绪、遵医行为、生活质量及护理满意度。结果中医组护理干预后与常规组护理干预后相比,焦虑自评量表(selfrating anxiety scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医组的遵医行为优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医组护理干预后与常规组护理干预后相比,生活质量评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医组与常规组相比护理满意度较高。结论将中医情志护理干预应用于心肌梗死稳定期患者护理工作中缓解了其负性情绪,同时也提高了患者的遵医行为及生活质量,患者满意度也较高。
Objective To observe the application of TCM emotional nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with stable myocardial infarction, and to evaluate its nursing effect. Methods A random number table method was used to group 120 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020, with 60 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the routine group, and emotional nursing intervention in the traditional Chinese medicine group was compared. Negative emotions, compliance behaviors and quality of life of the two groups of patients, quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results After the nursing intervention of the traditional Chinese medicine group, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). the compliance behavior of the TCM group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). the quality of life score of the traditional Chinese medicine group after nursing intervention was higher than that of the conventional group after nursing intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The degree of nursing satisfaction in the TCM group was higher than that in the conventional group. Conclusion The application of TCM emotional nursing intervention to the nursing work of patients with myocardial infarction in the stable stage significantly relieves their negative emotions, and at the same time improves the patients’ compliance behavior and quality of life, the patient satisfaction is also high.
