药剂学实验教学中翻转课堂联合PBL教学法实践与评估 被引量:7

Practice and Evaluation of Flipped Classroom Combined with Problem-Based Learning Method in Pharmaceutics Experimental Education

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)用于药剂学实验教学的效果。方法选取陆军军医大学药学专业本科2017级和2018级各19名学生作为研究对象,2017级学生采用传统教学模式(设为对照组),2018级学生采用翻转课堂联合PBL教学法(包括教案设计、课堂实践与讨论、课后数据分析等环节,设为观察组),对两组学生进行药剂学实验教学,计算平时成绩、实验成绩、期末成绩、总成绩,评价教学效果。结果观察组学生平时成绩为(82.78±5.78)分,实验成绩为(83.22±6.66)分,期末成绩为(83.56±6.41)分,总成绩为(83.38±5.95)分,明显高于对照组学生的(78.05±7.01)分、(80.37±5.45)分、(77.00±7.32)分、(78.12±6.19)分(P<0.05)。结论药剂学实验教学中联用翻转课堂教学法与PBL教学法,可优化学习流程,增进师生间的互动交流,提高信息化程度,从而提高学习效率,实现知识的传递、内化、巩固和拓展。该教学实践为药剂学实验教学提供了新思路。 Objective To investigate the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)method in pharmaceutics experimental education.Methods A total of 19 undergraduate students majoring in the pharmacy in the Army Medical University in grade 2017 were selected as the control group,and they adopted the traditional teaching mode.A total of 19 undergraduate students with major in the same university in grade 2018 were selected as the observation group,and they adopted the flipped classroom combined with the PBL method(including teaching plan design,classroom practice and discussion,after-school data analysis).The students in the two groups were taught pharmacy experiment,and the teaching effect was evaluated by calculating the usual performance,experimental score,final examination score and total score.Results The usual performance,experimental score,final examination score and total score of the students in the observation group were(82.78±5.78)points,(83.22±6.66)points,(83.56±6.41)points and(83.38±5.95)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(78.05±7.01)points,(80.37±5.45)points,(77.00±7.32)points and(78.12±6.19)points of the students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching method combined with PBL method in pharmaceutics experimental education can optimize the students’learning process,enhance the interaction between teachers and students,and improve the degree of informatization,so as to improve the learning efficiency and realize the transmission,internalization,consolidation and expansion of knowledge.This teaching practice provides a new idea for pharmaceutics experimental education.
