摘要
结合具体工程的实施过程,分析了斜井明槽施工对边坡稳定及相邻建筑地基沉降及基础变形的影响,斜井暗挖冻结施工期间对地面建筑桩基布置、桩基承载力取值及桩基低温养护的影响,立井冻结施工对井塔的内柱布置及桩基承载力的不利影响。结合处理办法探讨井筒与相邻建筑的工程实施应统筹考虑,设计要以整个项目场区为背景,有先导性和预判性,施工要合理安排施工顺序并加强措施管理,后期使用应加强监测,保障结构安全可靠。
In accordance with several specific construction projects, the influence of the open channel construction method or the freezing construction method used in inclined shaft, as well as the negative effects of the freezing shaft construction method used in vertical shafts, have been analyzed. On the basis of the approaches performed, the project implementation of both the shaft and the adjacent buildings should be take into consideration. The prospective and predictive attitude should be emphasized in the designing process with respect to the the overall project site;the reasonable construction sequence and the integrated measure management should be arranged throughout the whole construction phase. Moreover, monitoring should be strengthened in the service stage to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
