摘要
以赵固一矿区域内多个煤层底板灰岩层的多分支水平注浆井实钻为研究对象,进行了多分支水平注浆井产生摩扭的因素分析,以及降低摩扭控制措施及效果研究,有效地降低了磨阻与扭矩。为赵固一矿区域后续煤层底板灰岩层多分支水平注浆井钻进过程摩扭控制提供了一定借鉴意义。
Taking the actual drilling of multi-branch horizontal grouting wells in multiple coal seam floor limestone layers in the Zhaogu No. 1 mine area as the research object,the analysis of the factors that cause friction in the multi-branch horizontal grouting well,as well as the research on the control measures and effects of reducing the friction,are carried out effectively reduce the friction and torque. It provides a certain reference for the friction and torque control of the multi-branch horizontal grouting well in the subsequent coal seam floor limestone layer in Zhaogu No. 1 mine.
