摘要
针对成庄矿在钻孔施工和利用的过程中存在施工成本高、利用率低等问题,通过对抽采瓦斯钻孔在矿井生产中的不同用途进行总结,提出了抽采瓦斯钻孔“一孔多用”技术。建立数据报表平台,实现钻孔数据多专业共享化,为通风专业有效解决煤体瓦斯治理难题及工作面迎头煤体情况,为地测专业及时修正巷道等高线,准确判断识别地质构造,为生产专业在巷道支护方面提供技术资料。抽采瓦斯钻孔“一孔多用”技术的形成,将钻孔参数通过数据报表平台,实现各专业共享,为矿井安全发展提供技术支撑。另外钻孔同步施工,减少了钻机搬家和准备次数,降低了安全风险。
In view of the problems of high construction cost and low utilization rate in the process of drilling construction and utilization in Chengzhuang coal mine, through summarizing the different uses of gas drainage drilling in mine production, the "one hole multi-purpose" technology is proposed.Establish data report platform, realize multi specialty sharing of drilling data, effectively solve coal gas control problems and face-to-face coal body situation for ventilation specialty, timely correct roadway contour line for geological survey specialty, accurately judge and identify geological structure, and provide technical data for roadway support for production specialty.The formation of "one hole multi-purpose" technology for gas drainage drilling, through the data report platform, realizes the sharing of drilling parameters among different disciplines, and provides technical support for mine safety development. In addition, drilling synchronous construction reduces the times of drilling rig moving and preparation, and reduces the safety risk.
