摘要
通缆钻杆是定向钻进过程中推进和支撑孔底马达运转和传递钻机动力,输送高压水、以及传输孔底信号的核心零部件,在计算通缆钻杆的静扭矩强度,抗拉强度和相关密封绝缘参数基础上,进行了相关的静扭矩强度,中心电缆密封及绝缘性工业性实验,其结果表明:所研制的通缆钻杆机械性能可靠,密封性能和绝缘性能稳定,通信数据传输持续准确,为进一步无人化自动千米定向钻进及千米定向钻孔机器人的研制奠定了一定的基础。
Cable drill pipe is the core component of driving and supporting the motor running at the bottom of the hole and transmitting the power of the drill, as well as transmitting high-pressure water and signals at the bottom of the hole. Based on the calculation of the static torque strength, tensile strength and related sealing and insulation parameters of cable drill pipe, relevant static torque strength, central cable sealing and insulation industrial experiments are carried out, and the results are as follows. The results show that the mechanical performance of the cable drill pipe is reliable, the sealing performance and insulation performance are stable, the communication data transmission is continuous and accurate,which lays a certain engineering foundation for the further development of the unmanned automatic kilometer directional drilling and the kilometer directional drilling robot.
