摘要
结合王家塔煤矿智能采工作面建设的实际情况,设计了远距离智能恒压供液系统,通过智能化集中控制和光纤双向通信,把顺槽集中控制中心的控制信号以及工作面监测到的压力信号发送到远距离供液控制中心,通过设定的参数来控制乳化液泵站的启停、输出压力、升压速度等,通过在工作面的实际应用,供液压力稳定、系统运行可靠,保证了供液系统的智能化运行以及供液系统的恒压稳定。
Combining the actual situation of the construction of intelligent mining face in Wangjiata coal mine, a long-distance intelligent constant pressure liquid supply system is designed. Through intelligent centralized control and optical fiber two-way communication, the control signal of the central control center and the pressure monitored by the working face are integrated. The signal is sent to the remote liquid supply control center, and the start and stop of the emulsion pump station, output pressure speed, etc. are controlled through the corresponding numerical judgment. Through the actual application on the working face, the supply pressure is stable and the system runs reliably, ensuring the supply the intelligent operation of the liquid system and the constant pressure stability of the liquid supply system.
