摘要
针对带式输送机的能耗问题进行分析,其中空载怠速与电机启停是能耗损失严重的原因。在引入电子皮带秤反馈和电机电流反馈的基础上,通过对二者进行模糊化,并根据经验设计模糊规则,最后基于Mamdani型算法进行模糊推理与解模糊,完成电机控制的模糊闭环控制。最后通过实验证明设计的模糊控制算法每小时能减少140 kWh电量,节能效果明显。
The energy consumption problem of belt conveyor is analyzed. No-load idle speed and motor start and stop are the reasons for serious energy consumption loss. Based on the introduction of electronic belt scale feedback and motor current feedback, the fuzzy rules are designed according to experience.Finally, the fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy de-blurring are carried out based on Mamdani algorithm, and the fuzzy closed-loop control of motor control is completed. Finally, the experimental results show that the designed fuzzy control algorithm can reduce the power of 140 kWh per hour, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
