摘要
以煤矿挖掘机分动箱为研究对象,运用CAE仿真软件对分动箱的分动箱箱体、主动轴、从动轴、传动齿轮等重要零部件综合位移、综合刚度、等效应力、剪切应力、传动齿轮接触应力等强度和刚度特性进行有限元分析。有限元仿真结果表明:不同工况载荷和档位下,分动箱主要零部件综合位移、综合刚度、等效应力、剪切应力、传动齿轮接触应力等强度和刚度都不同;分动箱的分动箱箱体、主动轴、从动轴、传动齿轮等重要零部件强度和刚度满足实际工况使用条件;该研究为分动箱结构优化、整体性能的优化、使用寿命的提升等方面提供理论参考及技术支持。
The transfer box of the coal mine excavator has been taken as the research object, the CAE simulation software has been used to finite element analysis the strength and stiffness characteristics of the comprehensively displace, comprehensive stiffness, equivalent stress and shear the important parts of the transfer box, driving shaft, driven shaft, transmission gear and other important parts shear stress and transmission gear contact stress. The finite element simulation results show that the comprehensive displacement, comprehensive rigidity, equivalent stress, shear stress, shear stress, transmission gear contact stress and other strengths of the main parts of the transfer box are different, under different working load and gear;the strength and stiffness of the important parts of the transfer box, driving shaft,driven shaft, transmission gear and other important parts meet the actual working conditions;the research provides the theoretical reference and technical support to the transfer box structure optimization, the overall performance optimization, and the service life improvement of the transfer box.
