摘要
本文通过对车辆零部件电磁兼容设计方法的研究,说明电磁兼容设计在零部件开发中的重要性。多数零部件企业在产品开发过程中对电磁兼容设计不够重视,导致产品电磁兼容试验不能通过,进入了设计-试验-整改-再设计的循环过程,耗费大量资金和资源,延长项目开发周期。通过对某控制器进行整改,消除产品辐射和传导发射超标问题,解决企业产品存在的缺陷。通过设计整改验证正向开发的重要性,为企业优化设计流程提供重要依据。
In the article,through the research on the EMC design method of vehicle parts,the importance of EMC design in parts development is explained.Most parts enterprises do not pay enough attention to EMC design in the process of product development,which leads to the failure of EMC test and the cycle of design test rectification redesign,which costs a lot of money and resources and prolongs the project development cycle.In this paper,through the redesign of a controller,the problem of excessive radiation emission is eliminated,and the defects of enterprise products are solved.The importance of positive development is verified through design rectification,which provides reference for enterprises to change their design ideas.
