某车型动力系统的匹配与选择分析 被引量:2

摘要 某整车生产企业需要对某燃油SUV车型进行换代升级,新车型需要在纯电动、增程式、混联式混合动力系统中选择合适的类型与参数作为新车型采用的动力系统。针对这一问题,通过计算得到动力系统的功率与扭矩的需求指标,并结合供应商资源对不同动力系统的具体参数进行选择确定。通过cruise软件搭建整车仿真计算模型,并建立相应的纯电动、增程式车型的控制策略、确定减速器速比,最后对整车搭载不同动力系统时的动力性、经济性进行计算分析。结果表明,该车型搭载纯电动动力系统时的能源消耗费用最低,搭载增程式动力系统能够大幅提高燃油经济性,搭载混联式混合动力系统能够获得最好的整车动力性与燃油经济性。其结果对同类车型动力系统类型的匹配、选择提供了参考和依据。 A vehicle manufacturer needs to upgrade a fuel SUV model.The new model needs to select the appropriate type and parameters from the pure electric,extended-range,and hybrid system as the drive system adopted by the new model.In response to this problem,the power and torque demand indicators of the drive system are obtained by calculation,and the specific parameters of different drive systems are selected and determined in combination with supplier resources.This paper builds the vehicle simulation calculation model through cruise software,establishes the corresponding control strategy of pure electric and extended-range models,determines the speed ratio of the transmission,and finally calculates and analyzes the power and economy of the vehicle when it is equipped with different drive systems.The results show that this model has the lowest energy consumption cost when equipped with a pure electric power system.Equipped with an extended-range power system can greatly improve fuel economy.Equipped with a hybrid hybrid system can achieve the best vehicle power and fuel economy.The results provide a reference and basis for the matching and selection of power system types of similar models.
