摘要
主要阐述使用CATIA软件进行汽车线束三维设计的前期准备工作,包括:软件的环境设定;插接器、卡钉、橡胶件、线束保护物、支架的电气属性设置;零件库的建立以及三维数据结构树的创建规范。并且介绍了如何通过软件特有的功能对三维线束数据的干涉程度以及线束路径的连通性进行检测的方法。对线束三维设计的前提基础和设计结果做出技术规范性要求与经验性总结,为汽车线束开发工作者提供参考与指导。
This paper mainly describing the preliminary preparation for the use of CATIA software for the 3D design of vehicle wire harness,including the environment setting of the software;the electrical property's setting of connector,clip,grommet,wire harness protector,bracket,the establishment of parts library;and specification for the creation of three-dimensional data structure tree.It also introduces how to detect the degree of collision of the three-dimensional harness data and the connectivity of the harness path through the special functions of the software.Making technical normative requirements and empirical summary of the prerequisite foundation and design results of the wiring harness three-dimensional designto provide reference and guidance for vehicle wire harnessdevelopers.
