体教融合背景下学校武术发展的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges of School Wushu Development under the Background of Sports and Education Integration

文章运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国21世纪以来学校武术发展的机遇与挑战进行研究。研究认为:在体教融合背景下,我国政策层面和社会层面给学校武术发展带来了新的机遇,同时也带来了学校武术竞赛体系和专业人才培养体系不健全、学校武术师资力量较薄弱、学校武术场地设施不完善、学校武术文化渗透较缓慢等挑战。鉴于此,提出学校武术“竞赛”和“人才培养”一体化、武术师资队伍技能的规范化、武术场地设施的空间化、武术文化传承的创新化的多元化发展思路,达到学校武术与教育进一步融合的目标。

By using the method of literature,this paper studies the opportunities and challenges of the development of school Wushu since the 21st century.The research shows that:under the background of the integration of sports and education,China's policy level and social level have brought new opportunities for the development of school martial arts.At the same time,it also brings challenges such as the school martial arts competition system and professional personnel training system is not perfect,the school martial arts teachers are weak,the school martial arts venues and facilities are not perfect,and the school martial arts culture penetration is slow.In view of this,this paper puts forward the diversified development ideas of the integration of school Wushu"competition"and"talent training",the standardization of Wushu teachers'skills,the space of Wushu venues and facilities,and the innovation of Wushu culture inheritance,so as to achieve the goal of further integration of school Wushu and education.
