摘要
通过对武术散打和综合格斗的概念、发展历程和技术体系进行比较,探析异同点及启示。采用文献法及综合分析法,得出结论:散打和综合格斗属于徒手格斗项目,溯源古老。散打源于中国武术,民族性和文化性特点鲜明;而综合格斗体现了"技法多元"和"商业化"特点。
By comparing the concepts,development process,and technical system of Wushu Sanda and Mixed Martial Arts,to discover similarities,differences,and enlightenment.Throughliterature review and comprehensive analysis,the results showed that Sanda and mixed martial arts are bare-handed fighting competitions,and both have a long history of development.Sanda originates from Chinese martial arts,with distinctive national and cultural characteristics.Mixed martial arts has the features of"diversity of techniques"and"commercialization.".
