摘要
通过文献资料法,研究跆拳道项目特征,从多个维度分析跆拳道的训练实践,为我国的竞技跆拳道的训练提供参考依据。研究结果表明:跆拳道运动项目属于按重量划分的同场竞技项目,男女运动员拥有较低的体脂,更容易获得成功;跆拳道赛事的安排有其项目的特点,遵循全年双周期的训练计划,以强化专项体能为核心,全面多元的提高技战术的水平,形成了以高难技术为核心得分制胜的重要手段;处理好基础体能与专项体能之间的关系,两者相得益彰,最大效益地提高运动员的运动表现;适宜的负荷与积极的恢复手段,使运动员的竞技表现更佳。研究结论:根据跆拳道体能训练中,以项目的特征为出发点、融合技战术特征,辅以恢复手段,才能使运动员保持较高的竞技能力。
Through the literature method,this paper studies the characteristics of Taekwondo project,analyzes Taekwondo's training practice from multiple dimensions,and provide reference for the training of competitive taekwondo in China.The results show that:Taekwondo sports belong to the same competition by weight,male and female athletes have lower body fat,more likely to succeed;with appropriate load and positive recovery means,athletes perform better.Conclusion:According to the characteristics of Taekwondo project,fusion techniques and tactics,supplemented by means of recovery,athletes can maintain a high competitive ability.
