结合文献研究与定性分析,将传统射箭文化论域的研究回归于文化复兴背景的新时代语境,认为传统射箭文化:(1)陷入"重产出,轻普及""重地方,轻整体""重民间,轻学校""重参与,轻理解"的发展困境;(2)具有传承与弘扬优秀传统文化;全面提升人民群众文化素养;增强国家文化软实力,维护国家文化安全;提供推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化借鉴经验的时代价值。建议:结合新媒体技术,建立多元文化传播与分享渠道;全方位融入学校教育领域,开展射艺课程教学;建立整体性视角,重新整理与规范传统射箭文化内容;借鉴国外优秀文化传承经验,建立协调联动的管理体系。
