摘要 石墨烯作为新型纳米科技材料,其优异的复合功能在纺织品织物的使用过程中被认可;另一方面,“功能”是否可通过视觉被感知也是产品领域的重要研究课题。文章基于认知经验规律和感性工学理论,通过定性与定量方法探讨消费者对服用性石墨烯面料“高耐磨”功能的感性认知与评价;通过SD语义差异法问卷调研,收集消费者感性认知的有效量化数据,并通过因子分析、单因素方差分析及回归分析,探讨石墨烯面料“高耐磨”功能感知维度,以及感知因子与“高耐磨”功能评价的关系,从而获取纺织品织物感知与结构设计之间的关联性与规律。 As a new type of nanotechnology material,graphene is widely recognized for its powerful composite function in the textile and fabrics;On the other hand,whether"function"can be perceived through vision is also an important research topic in the product field.Based on the theory of cognitive experience and Kansei Engineering,this paper explores consumers'perceptual cognitive evaluation of"high wear resistance"function of graphene fabric through qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the SD(semantic difference)method questionnaire survey,this study collected effective quantitative data of consumers'perceptual image,and explored the perceptual evaluation dimension of"high wear resistance"function of graphene fabric through factor analysis,one-way ANOVA and regression analysis,and analyzed the relationship between perceptual image factors and"high wear resistance"function evaluation,so as to obtain the correlation and law between textile fabric perception and structural design.
