Scientific Research Efficiency Analysis of Colleges and Universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on DEA Method

摘要 在粤港澳大湾区建设和国家“双一流”建设的双重大背景下,基于投入产出视角,采用数据包络分析方法,测算2016—2019年粤港澳大湾区内8所高校的科研效率。结果表明:整体上看,8所高校的科研效率呈现上升趋势,最高效率水平达到1.393;具体来看,高校之间的科研效率存在较大差异,投入与产出并不一定成正比。基于此,为提升粤港澳大湾区高校的科研效率,提出应完善高校科研资源配置,建立多样化激励机制,转变科研理念和强化高校科研成果转化等相关对策建议。 Under the double major background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the national"double first-class"construction,based on input-output perspective,this paper uses DEA method to calculate the scientific research efficiency of eight universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2016 to 2019.The results show that the scientific research efficiency of the eight universities is showing an upward trend,and the highest efficiency level reaches 1.393;specifically,there are great differences in the scientific research efficiency between the universities,and the input and output are not necessarily proportional.Based on this,in order to improve the scientific research efficiency of colleges and universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions including improving the allocation of scientific research resources,establishing diversified incentive mechanisms,changing scientific research concepts and strengthening the transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities..
