摘要
结膜支原体(Mco)引起的羊传染性角膜结膜炎(IKC)是高度传染性的眼部疾病,在世界多个国家广泛存在,给养羊业造成巨大的经济损失。论文依据国内外的研究进展,从结膜支原体与IKC发生的相关性、分子生物学特征、感染和致病机制、检测方法及疫苗等方面做一综述,从而为结膜支原体的相关研究及该病的防控提供参考。
Mycoplasma conjunctivae(Mco) is the causative agent of infectious keratoconjunctivitis(IKC) which is a highly contagious ocular infection in sheep and goats in many countries around the world, and causes great economic loss to sheep industry.In this review, we summarized research progress on M.conjunctivae,including the correlation between M.conjunctivae and IKC,molecular biological characteristics, infection and pathogenesis, detection method and vaccine, so as to provide a reference for further research and prevention and control of M.conjunctivae.
