榆林市某陕北白绒山羊场羊腹泻病因分析

Etiological Analysis of Diarrhea in the Shanbei White Cashmere Goat Farm in Yulin City

榆林市某陕北白绒山羊场多只绒山羊发生严重腹泻,羔羊尤为严重,且抗生素治疗无效。为了查明腹泻病原,对采集的90份腹泻样品进行病毒和寄生虫检测,PCR检测结果表明,牛病毒性腹泻病毒、羊库布病毒、羊肠道病毒、羊冠状病毒、羊诺如病毒、羊札幌病毒和轮状病毒均为核酸阴性;饱和盐水漂浮法检测发现大量的球虫卵囊,且球虫总感染率为85.6%,平均感染强度为9 798 OPG。其中2月龄~3月龄羔羊感染率高达100%,感染强度为25 393 OPG;6月龄~7月龄羊球虫感染率高达95.6%,感染强度为2 800 OPG;成年羊球虫感染率为63.3%,感染强度为1 200 OPG;共鉴定出球虫13种,均为多种球虫混合感染。综上所述,该羊场腹泻主要是球虫感染所致,为该病的防治提供了科学依据和技术支撑。

A number of Cashmere goats developed severe diarrhea in a Shanbei white Cashmere goat farm in Yulin City,especially in lambs,and antibiotic treatment was ineffective.In order to identify the pathogens of diarrhea,viruses and parasites were detected in 90 diarrhea samples collected.PCR results showed that bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease virus,ovine Kubuvirus,caprine enterovirus,sheep coronavirus,sheep Norovirus,sheep Sapovirus and rotavirus were all nucleic acid negative.A large number of coccidial oocysts were detected by saturated saline floating method,the total infection rate was 85.6%,and the average infection intensity was 9798 OPG;the infection rate of lambs aged 2-3 months was 100%,and the infection intensity was 25393 OPG.The infection rate of coccidia in goats aged 6-7 months was 95.6%,and the infection intensity was 2800 OPG.The infection rate of adult goats was 63.3%,and the infection intensity was 1200 OPG.A total of 13 species of Eimeria were identified,all of which were co-infected by multiple species,In conclusion,the diarrhea of the cashmere goat farm is mainly caused by coccidial infection,which will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
